    • Research economic impact of natural gas and other initiatives on the local economies and make recommendations to guide the direction of V.I.B.E. teams.

    • Promote the positive aspects of Blossburg such as Blossburg/Downtown businesses, retail space, small community, good infrastructure, area festivals, rural qualities, and proximity to natural escapes utilizing print, web, and other mediums.

  • Design
    • Guide business and building owners on the design guidelines created for awarding the DCED Main Street Program grants. Work with locally sourced artists to create visual guides for further downtown improvement. The Design Team also reviews and approves/denies all grant applicants.
  • Youth Involvement: Jill Nickerson
    • Promote youth involvement in all aspects of the community. Provide opportunities for youth to expand, grow, and be a part of the community

  • Community Vitality
    • Create opportunities for the community to expand its economic footprint, tourism opportunities, and appeal.
