Due to dumping of brush and tires at the Blossburg sewer treatment plant, a gate has been installed at the driveway entrance.As a convenience to BLOSSBURG BOROUGH RESIDENTS ONLY - the gate will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for the disposal of leaves and grass only. Grass and leaves should be emptied from bags, boxes or whatever container you transport them in. Please take containers with you when you leave the site. Absolutely no brush, tree limbs, stones, garbage bags, tires or any residential garbage should be disposed of on the sewer plant property at any time FURTHER ABUSE WILL RESULT IN THE SITE BEING CLOSED
