Blossburg News & Views
By Rhonda Myers

Congratulations to Cody Groover and Jaimie Levindoski for being crowned King and Queen at the N.P.H.S. prom Saturday evening. The gym looked great! The kids really did a nice job. It was fun to see all of the students show up. The girls all looked beautiful. I was surprised to see so many of the guys wearing white this year. Some even wore long tails and top hats. They looked very classy.

Wednesday, May 10 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Blossburg Elementary and North Penn High schools will hold an academic festival to showcase the elementary science fair, National Honor Society induction, high school academic fair, a book fair, and give demonstrations of POWER library, physical education skills, music and drama. All are welcome to see our students' accomplishments, socialize and eat.

The deadline for registration is June 15, 2006. For information and/or to register, contact Jeanette Meck at 1-800-448-6954 or jmeck@girlscoutssevenlakes.org.
