Happy birthday to Glenn Lattimer and Wyatt Onks on March 12! Happy belated birthday to John Onks, who celebrated on March 7.

The new card catalog is now available on the library website: www.blossburgmemoriallibrary.com . Have your library card handy (you'll need the bar code) and click on "Patron Login." Come to Blossburg for Super Bingo! On Saturday, March 13, the Mansfield Fire Department will be hosting Super Bingo at the fire hall from noon until 5:30pm. Doors open at 9:30am. Tickets can be purchased from any fire department member and are $25 ($30 at the door). Refreshments will be available.

The next Blossburg Borough Council Meeting will be on Monday, March 15, at 6:30pm in the Blossburg Borough Council Room. Meetings are open to the public; attend the meeting and discover what's happening in Blossburg.

Former Blossburg resident Travis Lloyd and his wife Stacy Lloyd of Ocean Pines, MD are the proud parents of a son, Kellen Benjamin Lloyd. Kellen was born January 22. Proud grandma Linda Lloyd says her first grandson is "growing like a weed!" Travis graduated from North Penn High School, is a fifth grade teacher, and coaches the Stephen Decatur Seahawks boys' varsity basketball team. On March 6, the Seahawks won the Regional 3A E/N championship. We are so proud that Travis is doing well, and we wish hime and his family the very best.

Spring arrives on March 20! Get ready for shorts and t-shirts at Studio B in Blossburg. Drop-in cardio exercise classes, martial arts training, and more will shape you up for warm weather and outdoor activities. Contact Linda at 404-4271 if you need more information.

Plan to get out this Spring by helping at the Spring Stream and Roadside Cleanup sponsored by the TCCCC and Hillside Rod & Gun Club on May 8. Volunteers will meet at the Hillside Rod & Gun Club. Gloves, vests, trash bags, and lunch will be provided for all participants.
