Good morning Blossburg. There isn’t a lot to tell you this week so this weeks edition is going to be a bit short. Remember, if you have anything that you would like to have put in my column please let me know. Mother Nature dropped a little more ice and snow on us over the weekend. In my opinion, it’s high time that she stopped doing that to us. It feels like we are all in a deep freeze here. I for one do not want to become a human popsicle.

Just a little reminder that the food pantry is open the third Monday of each month. Drop by and pick up groceries to help you out this month. I will be reminding all of you about this in a future edition of this column as well.

Our Cub Scout Pack is helping you go green by working with Northern Tier Solid Waste Authority. They have scheduled a Bloss Township Drop-off Recycling day. The drop-off is located at the old Arnot Museum/Schoolhouse parking area the last Saturday of each month from 9 am - 11 am (unless it falls on a holiday). Our Cub Scouts will be there to help you unload your recycling. We have two anniversaries this month. Let’s all wish each of these couples a Happy Anniversary!! Happy Anniversary to Jerry and Patty Onks on their upcoming anniversary of February 14th. Also wishing Glenn and Karen Lattimer a very Happy Anniversary on February 14th.

We hope that both couples enjoy their special day to the max. Happy Anniversary!!
