Pink Heals Block Party – Saturday 9/30/2017

BLOSSBURG, PA (September 15)…The newly formed Pink Heals Endless Mountains chapter
will hold their first event at Momma’s Restaurant in Blossburg on Saturday, September 30 from
2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

The public is invited to join the Pink Heals Endless Mountains board for an afternoon of food,
games, prizes and much more. The group has organized a basket raffle with baskets donated by
local businesses and individuals as well as a gun raffle with a Savage Axis package as the grand
prize. KC101 will be providing music for the event.

Pink Heals, a national non-profit organization founded in 2007 has approximately 200 chapters
across the country and recently chartered its first chapter in Mexico. The Pink Heals program
partners with the Public Safety sector, local businesses and families to bring a community
together. Starting out as an avenue to raise awareness of breast cancer and celebrate survivors of
all types of cancer, the organization’s mission has broadened to focus on the health and
wellbeing of women, children and the family unity. Pink Heals focuses on people, not causes and
keeps 100% of the money raised within local communities in that community.
