- Coach's quote: "He knew he was within reach of 1,000 yards. Earlier in the week he told me that he wanted to set the mark at home," North Penn coach Tom Dickinson said. "He was running the ball so strong, when he broke the mark there was still 10 minutes left in the second quarter. The biggest thing is that Jeff missed seven games last season with a knee injury, so for him to come back from that and perform the way he has is great."
