- Install 65' of sewer line from fourth manhole south under Boone Run Road before it is blacktopped. Mark end of sewer pipe with long wooden plank.
- Company,rep. in to replace cutting teeth on comminutor at stp pump house.
- Clean both CI2 contact pits

- Company rep. finish work on comminutor at stp pump house.
- Dig out section of Boone Run Rd. where sewer line was installed under it. Tamp area and fill in with #4 stone and 2A on top.

- Haul 2A stone from Bloss Mtn. Quarry for stockpile at garage.
- Pick up oak wood from House's Sawmill and store in pole barn at garage until ready to use by water company.
- Problems with backwash controls at Bellman Filter. Call Dave Jones to repair.
- Pick up PaDOT approved catch basin, frame and lid from McCarroll Precast to use at storm drain project on S. Wmsn. Rd.

- Haul OGS stone for stockpile at garage.
- Blacktop driveway on S. Wmsn. Rd. where storm drain was installed.

- Install catch basin at end of storm pipe that was installed on S. Wmsn. Rd.
- Put salt/cinder spreaders on trucks.
- Have to order parts to connect existing storm pipe into new catch basin along S. Wmsn. Rd. Leave barricades around hole until parts arrive.

- Warmer temperatures this week. Have crew get garage doors sealed and windows insulated before winter.
- Switch equipment around in garage stalls so ready for snow.

- Install fittings on S. Wmsn. Rd. storm drain to get pipe connected to catch basin that was installed on 11/12.
- Codes Official inspect framing for new KwickFill Store.

- Repair cellar drain pipe along Granger st. that was broken during water line installation this summer.
- Put up Christmas lights.
- N. Wmsn. Rd. homeowner never showed up for meeting on his home today. Solicitor will have to write up a new letter.

- Trim brush by Main st. bridge for better visibility from new Fire Co. driveway.
- Talk to M. Stoudt about emergency lighting at Rec. Bldg. He will check out.
- Mail out information for next Planning Commission meeting.
- Mail out letters to delinquent garbage customers.
- Received letter from N. Wmsn. Rd. homeowner about scheduled meeting on 11/19. He is in Florida and unable to make it. Sent copy of letter to solicitor.

- Dan and I meet with Rural Water rep. about watershed reports.
- Outside wooden partitions at ends of softball restroom vandalized. Send employees over to check damages.
- Sub-grade on north side of KwickFill ready for blacktop. Paving to start tomorrow.

- Pave north side of KwickFill store parking lot and part of Boone Run Rd.
- Work on sewer line at Health Center.
- Shut down Bellman filter late at night because of heavy rains. Got over 2" of rain. Turn on R&G well.

- Start Bellman filter back up.
- Clean up junk metal at garage.
- Install 18" storm drain from White st. catch basin to Coal Run so not have to maintain deep ditchline. Haul in dirt to fill over pipe in ditch.
- Work on installing new framework for outside partitions to softball field restrooms.

- Shut off three delinquent customers. Turn water back on after payments were made.
- Pave rest of Boone Run Rd. by KwickFill Store down to cul-de-sac. Start paving south end of parking lot, but couldn't finish because rain messed up sub-grade. Suppose to be back next Wednesday to finish job.

- 200 tons of sand delivered today. Push up in pile and will be used for anti - skid this winter.

- Pump excess water out of pit behind 1MG tank.
- Dave Jones and I start preliminary work on 2005 water budget. Need more information from Leesa before finalizing figures.
- Planning Commission meeting - Approve subdivision for Crawford and Rakoski. Will take maps to Council next. Members discussed Home Occupation -- definition, as submitted by Boro solicitor.
- Tioga County Commissioners meet at Council room in evening.
