Date	Activity
11-1	Work on garage plumbing. Pick up load of coal for garage. Remove broken cylinder from excavator and take to Allenwood for repair. Pull wires into conduit for sludge manhole at stp. Winterize multrum restrooms.
11-4	Talk to Authority engineer about NPHC well. Will discuss with Authority members at meeting tonight. Put up voting booths in Council Room for Election tomorrow. Major water leak in Morris Run. Send Boro crew to repair. Will rebill Morris Run for labor and equipment used.
11-5	Finish garage plumbing. Install pump in sludge manhole and connect to piping. Run waste water through new CI2 pit and plumb CI2 line to new pit for disinfection.
11-6	Sewer class at Wellsboro in morning. Take down voting booths. Run wire from outside panel box at stp to inside control building. Start work on grant applications for footbridge replacement.
11-7	Finish winterizing Island Park pool and restroom behind Recreation Building. Put picnic tables at park into pavilions. Work on grant application for footbridge replacement. Cheryl Bubacz fill out grant application to Packer Foundation. Haul 2 RC for stp to spread on access roads around plant.
11-8	Discuss footbridge abutments with engineer. He will quote me a cost estimate so it can be submitted with grant application. Cleanup loose material lying around stp, while gravel is spread over access roads. Order last two loads of salt for stockpile. Will be delivered next week.
11-11	Both loads of salt delivered today. Allenwood Equipment replace cylinder on excavator. Haul sludge from Sportsman's Well basement.
11-12	Finish hauling sludge from Sportsman's Well basement. Put sawdust around pipes for drying beds at stp to keep from freezing this winter. Street Committee meeting to look at Granger St. problems.
11-13	Sewer class at Wellsboro. Clean up old stone and underdrain from trickling filter at stp. Work on stp electric. Mayor remove old wheels from cannon at Park and replace with different wheels.
11-14	Work on snow equipment. Spread 2RC gravel on Granger St. cul-de-sac. Spread gravel on access roads around stp. Discuss new trickling filter media with company representative that Authority bought material from.
11-15	Finish spreading gravel on access roads around stp. Add up costs Boro spent on new bleachers at Park, which can be applied toward grant funding.
11-16	Power outage in town. Call crew in to check out water and sewer plants.
11-18	Start cleaning up garages so equipment can be stored inside for winter. Pull guys away from garage to work on water leak in Morris Run.
11-19	Water leak in Morris Run. DEP meeting at night in Council Room to discuss Blossburg watersheds.
11-20	Water leak in Morris Run.
11-21	Finish work on water leak in Morris Run. Put plaque on John Kuster's bench at Park.
11-22	Replace bulbs in Christmas lights. Have to order more bulbs. Haul stone from Bloss Mountain for stockpile at garage. Finish cleaning garages so equipment can be stored inside for winter.
11-23	Rain yesterday froze on roads overnight. Salt roads.
11-25	Replace water service line on S. Wmsn. Rd. Work on Morris Run bill for water line repair.
11-26	Put up Christmas lights on Main St. Install new conduit between spotlight poles at stp and wire lights so they work. Listen for water leaks behind Low Income.
11-27	Sewer class at Wellsboro in morning. Salt roads in morning after snowfall fast night. Make access road to possible water leak behind Low income.
