- Dig up sewer line to Senior Citizen's Housing on Diehr St. Put concrete manhole sections over pipe and partially backfill. Have to barricade off hole until the other parts come in, so check valve can be spliced into sewer line.
- Snow start in afternoon, but roads clear until after sundown. Calling for 5- 10" of snow tonight so will have crew come in early tomorrow morning.

- Travel to Canton to look at a sewer line rehabilitation project. May be something the Authority could do on some of their lines.
- Discuss storm drain project on Schuylkill st. and Maple Hill Rd. with Street Committee. Will take information to next Council meeting.
- M. Stoudt make final inspection of new Kwick-Fill station.

- Finish cleaning snow from around fire hydrants.
- Mail letters to home on S. Wmsn. Rd. about water meter repair work to be done in March and April.
- Contact PaDOT about cleaning ditch on north end of town. Information I sent was all right, but they need an Erosion and Sedimentation Plan before I can start. Call Boro engineer and will send me a completed plan next week, which I can sen to PaDOT.
- Check garbage and recycling at new Kwick-Fill Store and garbage truck quit. No electric to ignition. Pull truck up to Miller's garage for repair.

- Haul sludge from basement at Bellman Filter plant.
- Construct temporary road to ditchline on north end of town. Lay down 60' of geotextile with R-4 stone on top so equipment leaving job site will not spread mud on State roads.
- Cut lower limbs off trees at Island Park. Will leave limbs lay on ground and chip up in spring.

- Call Boro engineer about E&S plan for N. Wmsn. Rd. ditch. Will deliver to Boro by end of week.

- Look for I&I at Plants #1 and #2 on Taber St. Drop dye into pipes and will document whether the water goes to storm drain or sewer main.
- Scope elevations of ditch on N. Wmsn. Rd. to determine how much drop there will be when clean debris out of ditch.

- Trim branches off trees at Island Park. Call NTSWA about using their chipper next week.
- Discuss new limits for nitrogen and phosphorous from stp with DEP. These parameters were set because. of limits se.t by the Chesapeake Bay Commission. Will be attending seminar dealing with these new limits on 3/31, in Williamsport.

- Boro engineer deliver E&S plan for cleaning ditch on N. Wmsn. Rd. Leave copy in trac hoe and mail an original copy to PaDOT.
- Start cleaning ditch on N. Wmsn. Rd. Load mud on 10-wheel truck and haul away.
- Trim branches at Island Park. Leave branches lay on ground until we get a chipper from NTSWA.
- Repairman take video camera and monitor from garbage truck to get checked out .

- Nuisance snows over weekend. Salt roads both days, and sun helped clear off roads.

- Clean ditch on N. Wmsn. Rd. Haul debris away with 10-wheel truck. Have more than half of the ditch cleaned by the end of the day.
- Start reading water meters. Finish N. Wmsn. Rd. and Main St .
- Start checking for I&I in homes along S. Wmsn. Rd., and rebuilding meters while in basement.
- NTSWA drop off chipper at garage. Will use to get rid of limbs at Island Park.

- Finish cleaning ditchline on N. Wmsn. Rd. Will seed and mulch ditchline as soon as possible.
- High water flows to town. Locate leak at home on Main St. No one answered front door, so shut off water at curb.

- Remove temporary rock drive that was installed along N. Wmsn. Rd. when cleaning ditch.

- Move excavator to garage so a cylinder can be removed for repair.

- Fill potholes in blacktop and dirt roads early in morning, until bad weather gets here.
- Snow start later in morning, then change to rain.
- Heavy I wet snow after dinner. Call crew to come in to plow at 8 PM. Work until 11 PM.
- Threads on excavator cylinder were bad, so will take to machine shop for repair.

- Crew in early to plow streets. Temperatures high enough so snow melting off roads.
- Wet snow damaged a lot of trees on Main, Carpenter and Granger Sts. Will call contractor about pruning trees.
- Reverse in water truck went out again. Will get cost estimates to repair and take to Authority meeting.

- Rain and snow melt cause high turbidity at Bellman filter plant. Shut down plant at night. Not have to turn Sportsman's Well on until tomorrow night because flows to town are low.

- Dan and I attend seminar on Nitrogen & Phosphorus removal from wastewater. New limits will be set in place by 2010. Will start taking samples of water to determine existing concentrations we have to deal with.
