- Dave Jones checkout generator in old Boro Hall to figure out what has to be done to transfer equipment to new Hall.
- Dig up and cap off old sewer lateral on Morris St.
- Mendon start working on Morris Run sewer line beginning at Rod & Gun Club property.

- Mendon install sewer pipe to Tioga River and get ready for river crossing.
- Authority metal finder not working properly. Will get loaner from L/B Water Service then send ours away for repair .
- Authority meeting - Get approval for new backhoe. Have to go to Council next.
- Accept hydro study on Ruah St. well from Jim Casselberry .

- Harold Wilson, former Councilman, died last night.
- Install meter pits on Island Park spigots.
- Mendon complete Tioga River crossing for sewer line to Morris Run.
- Jim Bogaczyk accept offer of Tioga County Commissioner seat from Judge Dalton. Jim will have to resign from Boro Council.

- Disconnect generator at old Boro Hall from main fuse panel.
- Clean up tool cage in Water garage.
- Sewer plugged at Ward's Plant #3 on Gulick St.

- Replace check valve in back flow preventer at Elementary School.
- Hydro geologist to look at Ruah St. well next Tuesday.
- Help replace sewer line to Plant #3. Will stop a lot of infiltration once done.

- Parts of two trees fell at Island Park. One section fell on top of old metal playground equipment.
- Dan worked at Morris Run locating water lines. Will rebill their Authority for time spent there.
- Council meeting - Receive okay to buy a new backhoe. Will try out John Deere and CAT to see which one the Boro crew likes.

- Load junk metal at Boro garage on a truck from Stamen's.
- Called CAT about backhoe and they will bring one up for us to try out.
- Call Motor Vehicle Dept. in Harrisburg about scales.
- Hydro geologist look at Ruah St. well site and took samples of water.
- Start cleaning up broken trees at Park.

- Attend ceremony at Wellsboro for Jim Bogaczyk being sworn in as new Tioga County Commissioner.
- CAT backhoe delivered for crew to try out.
- John Deere salesman to bring hoe to try out next week.
- Install meter pit for restroom at Park behind KCC building.

- Dave Jones check out what has to be done at new Boro Hall so generator from old Hall can be transferred.
- Start reading meters.
- Salesman from CAT at garage in morning to discuss backhoe operation.
- Surveyor at Granger St. doing work for Ben Jones subdivision and Granger St. cul-de-sac.
- MicroSoft Word class cancelled at Liberty. Dave and Bev Jones to try and set up a class in Blossburg for Boro employees.

- Grade track at Park and spread calcium on it to firm up cinders.
- Read water meters.
- Work on cleaning up trees at Park and removing playground equipment that was destroyed when part of a tree fell on it.
- New flagpole for Boro Hall finally delivered. Crew cement base. Will erect flagpole once concrete has a chance to cure.

- Another bad tree at Park was cut down.

- Clean up tree that was cut down over weekend .
- John Deere deliver backhoe demo for Boro crew to try out.
- Take tables from Boro Hall to Bed & Breakfast for TCAB meeting this Wednesday.
- Discuss new football bleachers with Steve Gee.
- Bev Jones set up computer class for Boro employees on Wednesdays from 4-6 PM.
- Surveyor deliver maps for Jones subdivision and Granger St. cul-de-sac. Give paperwork and application to Sally for Planning Commission meeting next week.
- Talk to Motor Vehicle officer about scales. PaDot would not have much use for the scales .

- Clean up berms on dirt roads so ready to grade next month.
- Finish corrections to Personnel Policy and will mail to Boro solicitor tomorrow.
- Received paperwork for Municipal Auction of Surplus Equipment at Bloomsburg. Will take Metro Van to auction for sale.

- Finish reading water meters around town.
- Remove old meter pit lid at Mitchell's trailer park and fill in hole with gravel.
- John Deere pick up backhoe demo in afternoon.
- Computer class for Boro employees at Blossburg in afternoon.
- Zoning Hearing Board at night.

- Pick up tables from Bed & Breakfast and return to Council Room.
- Install meter pit for home on Spring St.
- Repair meters around town that had problems with readings.
- Call backhoe salesmen for John Deere and CAT. Boro crew preferred CAT backhoe because it had more power, better visibility while operating controls, and new handles for backhoe were more comfortable to operate.
- Temperatures dropped during day with a snowstorm at night. Snow melted on roads because they were warm.

- Mark locations in town for 2 more meter pits.
- Talk to CAT salesman and FCNB about backhoe purchase.
- Take down rest of old playground equipment that couldn't be salvaged. Have other equipment to mount swing sets on.

- Calling for 3-6" of snow today. Check over equipment. Out salting roads during the night.
- Get 2 tires put on 10-wheel truck so it is ready for inspection .
- Work on sewer maps for Cummings Mills area.
- Recreation meeting - review STSD user agreement for Island Park. Will take to Council.

- Crew in early to plow roads. Not much to do because temperatures warmed up and salt working well.
- Rain heavy later in morning. Have to shut down Bellman Filter. Set R & G Club well to come on tonight.
- Trickling filter at stp stopped again. Was able to wiggle it free and get working again.
- Talk to Liberty Twp. about chipping Boro streets. Will bring up at Council meeting.
- Meet with engineer about water and sewer to Williamson Road Land Co. property on old Rt.15.

- Install meter pit for home on S. Wmsn. Rd.
- Check sewer manholes for infiltration.
- Mark out area on Davis St. for blacktop to be cut so a main line water valve can be replaced next week.
- Work on 48-hour stickers for delinquent customers.
