Date	Activity
2-1	Meeting at STP with Scott Bray and salesman of distribution arm for trickling filter. Stuart Lisowski put Boro grader back together in garage then park outside. Work on garage electrical conduit. Don Smith install radio in garbage truck.
2-4	Put gab ion baskets for St. Mary's St. wall together at garage. Repair 3 broken picnic tables and put back in pavilion. Copy revised Personnel Policy so it can be taken to Council and Authority members. Furnace at old Boro Hall not working. Call Ben Jones for repair.
2-5	Ben Jones install new motor on furnace at old Boro Hall. Work on installing electric conduit in garage. Finish putting gabion baskets together. Dave Jones work on Authority computer with Leesa. Contractor for Morris Run sewer marking manhole locations along Morris Run Rd.
2-6	Work on garage electrical conduit. Dave Jones check out work later in the day. Go to Mansfield with Jerome Ogden for meeting on combining efforts of local communities, along Route 15, for advertising the area. Review preliminary draft of Watershed information at Well Head meeting.
2-7	Run conduit for electrical outlets in garage. Work on getting more information for Watershed Plan. Complaint from resident on Davis St. of dirty water .
2-8	Dave Jones and Boro crew start pulling wires into conduit at garage. Type up Well Head meeting minutes for Watershed Plan. Five Star Equipment check out backhoe for trade in allowance toward new backhoe.
2-11	Rain yesterday turn into snow overnight. Crew in early to plow and salt roads. Clean sidewalks when done with roads. Get chipper from NTSWA to use to chip up trees at Park, Post St. and STP. Council meeting-review Personnel Policy. Will make corrections and resubmit.
2-12	Dave Jones help Boro crew on garage electric. Pull wires through conduit. Start chipping branches of trees cut at Park. Dan and I go over design of ne\v chlorine contact pit at STP.
2-13	Finish chipping tree limbs of trees cut at Park. Cut down tree on Post St. and chip up. Matt passes CDL test at Wellsboro. Will get a wage increase. Dave Jones starts removing some old wiring at garage. Found some bad connections in old wiring. Meet with foreman for new sewer project at Morris Run.
2-14	Work on garage electric. Have to move shelves in tool room so we can get to old fuse box. Cut down trees around fence at STP.
2-15	Start installing electric conduit in tool room at garage. Attend meeting with Jim Bogaczyk about low income and senior citizen housing. Cut trees at STP.
2-18	Finish cutting down trees at STP and chipping them up. Get tool room in garage wired to new electrical box. Auditor at office getting information she needs for 2001 audit report. Mail out wellhead information to PA. Rural Water Association.
2-19	Take wood chipper back to NTSWA. Start pulling stumps at STP. Work on garage electric. Have to figure out what type of lights will be needed for garage bays. Surveyor on Granger St. marking out centerline for new cul-de-sac. Reconvened Council meeting.
2-20	Disconnect more old wiring in Boro garage. Haul branches and old wood debris from STP property.
2-21	Haul branches and old wood debris from STP for disposal. Set up appointment with C.T.Co. to raise telephone line at stp. Cat Backhoe salesman bring Information to office.
2-22	Install blow off on Davis St. to clean up water for customers. Work on garage electric. Look at telephone line at STP with C. T. Co. Recreation meeting.
2-25	Work on garage electric.
2-26	Cold patch potholes around town. C. T .Co. raise telephone lines at STP. Discuss backhoe prices with Cat salesman.
2-27	Order catch basins from Zeiser Vault. Finish new wiring in garage. Will take down rest of old wiring as time allows. Finish hauling bush away from STP. Jim Bogaczyk, Pete Hall and I meet with STSD about use agreement of park.
2-28	Zeiser Vault deliver catch basins. Haul sludge from Bellman filter. Shut down Bellman filter for 24 hours while we super chlorinate filter media. Drill and tap pipes for more injection points for chemicals and install 8" valve at Bellman filter while plant is down. Talk to FCNB about financing of new backhoe. Will take figures to Authority and Council meetings.
