Date	Activity
11-30	Put repaired hydraulic angle pistons back on dump truck plow. Clean up section of tree that fell at Park beside new playground equipment.
12-3	Jackhammer out floor of Boro garage restroom so sewer can be connected to new sewer line running through Island Park. Work on cost estimate for maintenance at Island Park for STSD user agreement for Park. Recreation meeting. Review money to be distributed from United Fund.
12-4	Finish removing concrete in garage bathroom. Boro solicitor, Councilmen, Police Chief and 2 contractors looked at six possible sites for condemnation in Boro limits. Dan checked out possible well sites for old State Hospital on Internet and came up with 3 possibilities. Sent longitude and latitude coordinates to Kerry Geykis and Scott Bray for locations in Boro. Demolition of old Rudinski home on Gulick St. started today.
12-5	Work on new plumbing for bathroom in garage. Fire truck sitting at garage sold to Fire Company in Oklahoma for $5,000.00. Contractor finish hauling Rudinski home to landfill. Barricade off area for the night.
12-6	Finish plumbing in garage bathroom. Authority engineer, Dan, and I go to trickling filter sewer plant at Williamstown to see how their media replacement in filter is working.
12-7	Dig trench for electric service to spotlight which will illuminate new flagpole at Boro Hall. Dave Jones work with crew installing conduit and wires. Calling for snow tomorrow so get equipment ready to go.
12-8	Snow in afternoon and during the night. Salt roads around town.
12-9	Plow slush off roads where necessary.
12-10	Take 10-wheel dump truck to Jim Smith so metal can be welded on back to mount 25 ton pintle hook. Dirty water complaint on Davis St. from Peg Darby. Van Cleveland also has dirty water. Have to figure out an area to install a blow off to try and remedy both problems. Both homes serviced by an old 4' CIP.
12-11	Haul old fiberglass panels from Bellman filter to landfill. Dave Jones work on electric for flagpole spotlight at Boro Hall. Contractor digging out foundation for new home on Joseph St.
12-12	Clean out garages to make room for plows. Take good paint stored in garage to heated area so it does not freeze this winter. Meeting with STSD about user agreement for Island Park.
12-13	Crew work on sewer camera to get ready to televise Granger St. line. Camera was working before it was put in manhole, then quit. Take to garage to figure out problem. Meeting with Dave Jones about programs for Authority computer.
12-14	Chemicals delivered to filter plants. Get load of coal to heat garage this winter. Rain all day. Raise chemical dose at Bellman filter plant.
12-17	Start reading water meters today. Wades deliver concrete to repair bathroom floor in garage. Trickling filter at stp stopped again. Remove arms and replace 3 broken ball bearings.
12-18	Read meters. Work in garage bathroom putting furring strips and 3/4" insulation on walls. Try out sewer camera on Granger St. again. Had picture for 52' in sewer line then picture went out again. Found broken wires in pigtail. Have to order a spare part from factory. Start reviewing samples of personnel polices from different towns and try to adapt for Boro needs .
12-19	Reading meters. At end of day, only thing left is side hill behind school. Work on Boro personnel policy. Start putting sheet rock on walls of garage bathroom. Zeizer Vault deliver manhole sections to Sportsman's Well. Meeting with Dave Jones and Leesa about computer. Will start putting Authority information in computer after audit information complete for auditor in Jan. Dave will work with Leesa on program.
12-20	Install new sewer lateral to home being built on Granger St. Level up ground and set cap blocks around well casing at Sportsman's Well, then set manhole sections and top on cap blocks. Boro solicitor in office to see Sally about ordinances in morning. Reconvene Council meeting to adopt 2002 tax millage.
12-21	Salt some roads around town because of snow last night. Install water service to new home on Granger St. Deb, at Cox's office working on paperwork for Kelly property. Bob has to check over figures.
12-22	Jeremy Brooks set posts for Island Park sign across from John Davies Memorial.
12-24	Pick up material from Seal's to put over sheetrock in garage bathroom. Work on Employee policy. Finish reading meters on side hill. Talk,to Phil Robbins about towers, billboards and Intergovernmental Agreement. He will send me what information he has. Dave Jones and family install anti virus software on Boro computers.
12-26	Boro computer storage is almost used up so Dave Jones to add additional 20 GB to hard drive, which should add a few more years to the computer system. Finish rough draft of Employee Personnel policy. Make copies to distribute. Dave Darby to call Northern Tier Planning about Growing Greener Grants to develop well site at Laurel Health building. Greg Brooks install new Island Park sign at entrance to Park.
12-27	Work on garage bathroom. Start running water lines inside room. Pick up paperwork from Bob Cox for Kelly subdivision by stp. Will get signatures, then take back to Wellsboro. New recirculating pump for stp delivered to garage. Joe Rassmussen at Boro Hall to see what shrubs will be needed to camouflage new flagpole spotlight.
