7-30	Pour sections of sidewalk along St. Mary's St. that were broken while installing gabion wall. Cut weeds along bank of St. Mary's St. Topsoil areas at stp where construction was done last year.
8-2	Televise sewer lines in town looking for infiltration. Find break in top of sewer main along s. Wmsn. Rd. Mark area and will contact PaDOT for highway permit. Start work on cleaning ditchlines around town.
8-3	Clean ditchlines around town. Meet with PaDOT to discuss sewer main repair and storm drain replacement. Meeting with zoning lawyer to discuss building permits. Authority meeting
8-4	Televise sewer line on Schuylkill St. looking for infiltration. Cut weeds along Water St. Clean ditchlines around town. Trace old water line on Granger St. between Nevins and Bleeker Sts. , where new water line will be installed.
8-5	Clean ditchlines around town. Clean chlorine contact pits at stp. Mark sewer lateral lines to homes on Granger St. between Nevins & Bleeker Sts.
8-6	Clean storm drains. Televise sewer lines looking for infiltration.
8-9	Figure out plumbing needed for temporary service to supply water to homes on Granger St. affected by new water line installation. Want to shut down section of water line to be replaced, then remove old line and install new pipe in the same trench. Work on infiltration. Repair leaks in two manholes. Game commission set bear trap at Island park.
8-10	Televise sewer lines. Located another sewer main line break on Davis St. Mark out blacktop on Granger St. where new 6" DIP water line will be installed. Cut blacktop with cutter that mounts on backhoe. Meet with PaDOT about storm drain on S. Wmsn. Rd. that needs to be replaced. Work on building permits with M. Stoudt.
8-11	Caught small bear in trap at Island park. Remove blacktop in trenchline on Granger St. where new water line will be installed. Fill in top of ditchline with 2A stone until ready to dig next week. Meet with PaDOT to check elevations of storm drainpipe on S. Wmsn. Rd.
8-12	Dig up service line to home on Granger St. so we can connect it to temporary water service when install new water line next week. barricade off hole. Work on building permits with M. Stoudt.
8-13	Dig up another service line on Granger St. to check on lines going to home. Haul 2A stone and stockpile along Granger St. to use on water line installation.
8-16	Company check out 1MG water tank so a maintenance cost proposal can be worked out and presented to Authority. Put fittings together which will be used for temporary water service to homes on Granger St. Dig up Granger & Nevins Sts. Intersection to expose water valves. Have to install all thread onto valve before line can be cut and removed because of water pressure.
8-17	Work on Granger St. water line. Connect new 6"DIP into existing piping, then lay 54' of new main. Tap line for service to first home.
8-18	Install 72' of new 6"DIP water main on Granger St. and tap line for second home.
8-19	Install new starter in 1-ton dump truck. Install 90' of 6" DIP water main on Granger St. and tap line for third home. Repair sewer lateral to one of homes that was broken while digging. Meet with M. Stoudt on building permits.
8-20	Install 54" of 6"DIP on Granger St., and tap line for fifth and sixth homes. Liberty Twp. in to oil and chip parking lot and driveway to new Fire Co. building .
8-23	Install 90' of new 6"DIP water line on Granger St. Install main line up to next service line. Will make taps on next main line pipe installation. Put 6" tee and valves together at garage for hydrant installation on Granger St.
8-24	Excavate water line on Granger St. up to existing tee for old hydrant. Install 36' of 6" line and tap line for 7th, 8th, and 9th homes. Get hole ready for connection back into existing water line tomorrow. call homes that will be affected by water being off during connection. Loader will not start; call repair shop to check out. They will be in area this Thursday. Meeting about new uniform construction codes with Hamilton Twp.
8-25	Shut down water on section of Granger St. where final main line connection will be made. Connect lines and install new fire hydrant by noon. Fill new 6" water pipe bleed out air, and let water set in pipe overnight to disinfect. Repair plumbing at pool. Put out 49: 48-hr. notices on delinquent customers.
8-26	Paint school crossings on old Rt. 15. Repair shop fixed loader. Had a bad fuel-sending unit. Flush out new water line on Granger St. in afternoon. Was able to flush water through new fire hydrant, from both directions at over 800 GPM. Start turning water on to homes that had temporary water connections and flush their services through outside spigot. Wash off blacktop on Granger St. where water line was installed.
8-27	Pick up temporary water line on Granger St. and store away at garage. Trace out old 4" water line on Hannibal St. and mark out blacktop that needs to be cut for removal.
8-30	Cut blacktop on Hannibal St. then remove some blacktop on half of the project. Stockpile 2A stone along Granger St. and fill in area of trench where blacktop was removed. Submersible pump in sludge manhole at STP went bad. Remove pump in afternoon and will take to repair shop tomorrow.
8-31	Take pump from STP to repair shop. Start installing 8" water line on Hannibal St. Put valve in line and set 43' of 8" DIP line.
9-1	Clean sidewalk at Boro Hall and put sealer on it. Install 100' of 8" water line on Hannibal St. and tap service for one home. DEP and AWWA present certificate to Water Co. for completing phase 3 of safe Drinking Water program. First Water Co. to complete phase 3 in Tioga County.
9-2	Install 140' of 8" DIP water line on Hannibal St. Excavate around existing water main on Davis St. , so ready to connect new 1ine into existing water line tomorrow. Put metal plates over hole for the night. Repair picnic tables at Island Park.
