  • Look for infiltration on S. Wmsn. Rd. sewer lines.
  • Calling for heavy rain tonight.
  • Finish grading track at Island Park.

  • Rain turn to snow overnight. Had to call in crew to scrape snow off roads.

  • Clean out catch basins around town that were filled with debris from heavy rains over the weekend.
  • Look for I&I around town.
  • Straighten water markers locating service that crosses ditch line on Wilson St .
  • Start identifying roads needing work this year for Street Committee meeting.

  • Start work on E. Creek Rd. cleaning birms before grading starts.
  • Locate a couple infiltration problems on Seymour St.
  • Meeting with Penelec on Electrical Assessment.
  • NTSWA sweep N. Wmsn. Rd. today
  • Wellsboro GIS will be having aerial photos done of Tioga Co. in next two weeks. I will ask Authority if they want sewer manholes located and painted.

  • Finish grading E. Creek Rd.
  • Work on infiltration.
  • Authority decided to mark manholes. Have crew start painting manhole lids so they will show up on aerial photo.

  • Work on painting sewer manhole lids.
  • Start grading Granger St. to cul-d-sac.

  • Walk to sewer manholes behind homes and paint lids.
  • Use backhoe to pull trees out of Bellman Run spillway.
  • Homeowner get demolition permit to tear down burned home on N. Wmsn. Rd.

  • Pump rest of water out of pool at Island Park so any bad concrete can be repaired.
  • Grade on Granger St.
  • Council meeting-Accept low bid for storm drain project on Maple Hill subject to engit'eer's approval.

  • Chemicals delivered to Bellman filter and stp.
  • Turn on water to clivus multrum and softball field restrooms.
  • Grade Granger St. cul-de-sac.
  • Send storm drain project material bids to Boro engineer for review.
  • Drop sludge into two old drying beds at stp

  • Work on plumbing at pool.
  • Clean new drying beds.
  • Drop sludge into other two old drying beds at stp
  • Finish grading Granger St., and then take grader to Wilson St. to work on that road next.

  • Start work on repairing pool concrete.
  • Finish pool plumbing.
  • Measure dirt roads that will need oil this year.
  • Pool Association members vote in Scott Fessler and Carmen Wood as new members to fill vacancies.

  • Move picnic tables out of pavilion and distribute around Island Park.
  • Work on pool concrete.
  • Level off stone on inside of Post St. cul-de-sac.
  • Rear tire on backhoe blew out while working on Post St. Leave parked along road.

  • Paint playground equipment by baby pool at park.
  • Meet with Street Committee to discuss roads to be tar and chipped this year.
  • Have new rear tires put on backhoe.

  • Topsoil areas where water, sewer and storm drain work was done last year.
  • Gravel birm on Adam Drive.
  • Work on pool concrete.

  • Gravel birm along roads around town.
  • Work at pool grinding down rough edges on concrete.
  • Pick up more branches around Park.
  • Check for I&I on S. Wmsn. Rd.

  • Send two employees to Morris Run to repair water leak. Will rebill Hamilton Authority for labor, equipment and materials used. Saved about 25,000 GPD once leak repaired.
  • Check for I&I and rebuild meters on S. Wmsn. Rd.

  • Mansfield Authority cleaned grease from sewer manhole with their vac truck at the NPHC.
  • Work at park.
  • Take grader to stp to work on driveway.
  • Start cleaning pool with muriatic acid before painting. Ran out of acid so will have to get some more.

  • Start distributing Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) on drinking water, to customers. Report is in plastic bag, which is then put on homeowner's front door.
  • Raise sewer cleanout by pool sidewalk.
  • Bradco Supply deliver pipe for storm drain project.

  • Put out 46 48-hour stickers to delinquent crlstomers.
  • Finish delivering CCR paperwork.
  • Start cleaning up loose sod around downtown monument before grass starts growing.
  • Planning Commission meeting-l.) Review Home Occupancy Ordinance as presented to Council by Solicitor. 2.) Approve conversion of single family residence to 2 family residence on Maple Hill. A Zoning Hearing Board meeting has to be set up next to review the special exemption.

  • Work on pool concrete.
  • Finish cleaning up loose sod by downtown monument.
  • Grade driveway at stp.

  • Work on pool concrete.
  • Haul sludge from basement at Bellman Filter.
  • Discuss road oiling of Borough streets with Liberty Township.
